Preparation: (Overnight)
- Marinate the two pieces of chicken breasts in ½ cup of table mustard overnight
Cooking: (15 Minutes)
- In a medium skillet, pour 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil and then fry the two chicken breasts until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mustard marinade with ½ cup of water, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, ½ chicken bouillon cube, and the two teaspoons of sugar.
- Next, pour in the mustard mixture with the chicken in the skillet until the preferred viscosity is achieved.
- Sprinkle dried rosemary leaves as garnish.
